Thank you! Because of you, we can produce community events and talks that encourage Vancouverites to be a little closer and build a beautifully diverse and welcoming community. For that, we are humbled and entirely grateful for your ongoing support and patronage.


Our Upcoming Events

6th - Alley Market Join the Ubuntu Crew in The Backyard at 4194 Fraser St. on October 6th from 12 pm - 5 pm for our first Alley Market! Half party, half outdoor maker's market complete with cocktails and music! We'll be featuring independent artists, ceramicists, leather workers, natural body care products, florists, jewellers and Sweet Boy Cream Puffs!

7th - Ubuntu Talks - Michael Talbot-Kelly  Courageous Relationships: One + One = THREE Our next guest speaker, Michael Talbot-Kelly, will be talking about relationships. Michael takes a holistic approach and blends it with the wisdom of storytelling. This event is free, and snacks and drinks will be available - doors open at 5 pm talk starts at 6 pm.

21st - Farm to Table-Farm to Bottle Sake Edition This foodie centric dinner will be paired with Sakes Namino Oto Sake Brewery, with a local, organic and thoughtful multi-course menu from Chef David Gunawan. They will also be welcoming special guest Sake Maker Takashi Nakai from Namino Oto Sake Brewery. Get Tickets Here!

28th - Family Movie Night: Halloween Edition  We are having a Family Halloween Dinner and a movie extravaganza! From 4 pm to 5 pm, we will have pumpkins carving, followed by a screening of The Nightmare Before Christmas with a kid-friendly dinner menu on offer from 5-7 pm. Costumes are encouraged! 

31st - Ubuntu Halloween Party It Was a Dark Dark Night... at Ubuntu! Costumes, DJs, Drinks, Dancing, Snacks and Ghost Stories are just some of the treats that Ubuntu Canteen has in store for you this Halloween. It starts at 8 pm, all witches, satan worshippers and friends are welcome!
