Maple whole wheat loaf (not pictured... yet!)

This is for people who want to like whole wheat but find it usually too heavy and dense.  A medium open crumb and slightly sweet flavour. 100% sourdough.

make the tastiest of pastries. 

Only organic heirloom grains go into our baked goods, and when you combine them with seasonal fruit and vegetables the results are delicious!

Ubuntu Bread Subscription

Two loaves per week; one Maritime loaf and one rotating.

We use ancient organic wheat varietals, rye, red fife, oats, marquis and bishop flour grown and milled in Creston, B.C. 

Pick-ups are now available on Wed or Sat. We believe one of the ways we can save the future is by engaging in conscious eating. Our bread subscription helps provide a steady profit for farmers and supports our community

 

Basic Local Organic Provision

One Box a Week

Includes;

Grass-fed milk from donia, grass-fed butter, 1kg of our sourdough bread, 2 vegetables of the week from our organic farms (earth apple, cropthorne, and zaklan), hand-rolled pasta with organic grains, 1 dz eggs from pasture raised chicken eggs from earth apple, our smoked castelvatrano olives, Meat or Cheese, salsa. 

Cut off for Orders on provision boxes will be friday mornings at 10am. 

 

We can deliver this to those who are quarantined within 5km radius
