This is for people who want to like whole wheat but find it usually too heavy and dense.  A medium open crumb and slightly sweet flavour. 100% sourdough.

Only organic heirloom grains go into our baked goods, and when you combine them with seasonal fruit and vegetables the results are delicious!

We use ancient organic wheat varietals, rye, red fife, oats, marquis and bishop flour grown and milled in Creston, B.C. 

Pick-ups now available on Saturday. We believe one of the ways we can save the future is by engaging in conscious eating. Our bread subscription helps provide a steady profit for farmers and supports our community
