Maple whole wheat loaf (not pictured... yet!)
This is for people who want to like whole wheat but find it usually too heavy and dense. A medium open crumb and slightly sweet flavour. 100% sourdough.
Sesame Oat Loaf
Deeply toasted sesame on the outside gives this bread a slightly nutty flavour. Soaked oats and sesame lend flavour and moisture to this bread. A blend of Marquis and white flour give it a wholesome crumb without compromising the lightness of the loaf. 100% sourdough

A classic country bread with a twist. With an open crumb and crust with a chew. To the 75% white flour we add rye, marquis and whole wheat flour to deepen the flavour. 100% sourdough
A light open crumb bread with a thin crust. Slightly sour, chewy inside. Semi sourdough

We use ancient organic wheat varietals, rye, red fife, oats, marquis and bishop flour grown and milled in Creston, B.C.
Pick-ups are now available on Wed or Sat. We believe one of the ways we can save the future is by engaging in conscious eating. Our bread subscription helps provide a steady profit for farmers and supports our community
