Our team of chefs have worked all over the world and integrate time-honoured culinary traditions with progressive and creative techniques. Our Executive Chef Dave Gunawan, himself a long standing and very respected local chef, is committed to providing his team with the best ingredients and the support and openness they need to develop and express their creativity in their chosen art.
In the evening, when the sun starts to set through our large front window, we turn the music up a little, dim the lights and open the raw bar and dinner kitchen. Oysters for Happy Hour, a bottle of Pet-Nat between friends, followed by hand-made pastas, vegetable dishes and share plates. A long lovely dinner, or a short snack on your way to another adventure, our menu is versatile and complemented by our rotating list of natural wines, cocktails and local beers.

Our Land Acknowledgement
